We want you to love your Starbucks home brewing equipment and drinkware. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
