How can I ensure my coffee beans stay fresh?
To maintain peak flavor, store your coffee beans in an airtight container at room temperature. Avoid sunlight, heat, and moisture, and try to use the beans within two weeks of opening the bag.
What is your return policy for brewing equipment and mugs?
We accept returns on unused brewing equipment, tumblers, and mugs in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that coffee beans and other perishable food items cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping for home merchandise?
Currently, we ship our home collection, including coffee makers and drinkware, to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
Are your Starbucks at Home mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, many of our stainless steel tumblers and gold-rimmed collections are hand-wash only. Please check the product description or the bottom of the item for specific care instructions.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor your delivery's progress.
Which payment methods do you accept for online orders?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Starbucks Gift Cards. You can also earn Stars on eligible purchases when logged into your Starbucks Rewards account.
